Step One Reach Out to Us

The first step is contacting us for a free phone consultation.

Call us at 404-618-2293/404-369-4803 or fill out our online appointment request/contact form to request your free phone consultation with our intake specialist.

Step Two: Talk To Our Intake Specialist

Our intake specialist will return your call to listen to your concerns, we will also send an email about our services. The intake specialist will evaluate your needs and match you with the best counselor. If it is determined that our office is not the best fit, we will make every effort to provide you with referrals to other trusted providers in the community.

Step Three:

After we have determined that Rejuvenation Counseling will be a good fit for you. Your information will be entered into our data system and paperwork will be sent to you for you to fill out electronically. Once we receive your paperwork you will be assigned to a therapist/counselor. That therapist/counselor will contact you for the next step which is your initial intake assessment session. 

Step Four: Your Initial Assessment

An initial assessment session will be scheduled where you can meet your counselor and discuss your concerns in more detail. Your counselor will answer any questions and review the necessary paperwork. Assessment  sessions are usually 90 minutes.

Parents: The intake session is typically attended by only the parent/s. This allows you the opportunity to speak freely about your concerns with your child or teenager.

After that the treatment plan will be discussed during the next appointment and you will receive emails on how to enter our secure platform and you will meet with your therapist/counselor weekly via our tele-health HIPPA compliant system.
